Returns and refund policy

1. Introduction
At Flodega, we strive to provide high-quality products and
excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, we are here to help. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the
conditions and procedures for returning products and obtaining refunds for our club members.



2. Return Eligibility
The satisfaction of our medical members is a priority. We take your meds seriously and want to ensure your packages arrive on time and in good condition with all the right items. If your package arrives with damaged goods, or you have received something you didn’t order, please contact us at contact@flodega.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to sort you out as soon as possible. 

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Time Frame: You must initiate the return within 30 days from
the date of receipt of the product.

Condition of Products: The product must be unused, in its original
packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that have been damaged by clients, worn, or altered are not eligible for a return. If an item was damaged during delivery, we kindly ask you to send us photo proof within 24 hours of receiving the item to be eligible for a return. 

Proof Of Purchase: With every return claim, please provide your proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable Goods: Food, dried cannabis flowers, sift, extracts, CBD, hash, pre-rolls and other perishable items.
  • Personal Care Items: Cosmetics, skincare products, and other items that
    have been opened or used.
  • Customized Products: Products that have been personalized or custom-
    made to your specifications.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards and other forms of prepaid credit.

    4. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@flodega.com
    to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including
    all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Ship the Item: Unless you received the wrong item or received a damaged item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered safely.

    5. Refunds
    Certain items are not eligible for refund, including but not limited to:
    Perishable Goods: Food, dried cannabis flowers, sift, extracts, hash, CBD, pre-rolls and other perishable items.
    Personal Care Items: Cosmetics, skincare products, and other items that
    have been opened or used.

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 30 days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if
    the item is not in its original condition or is returned after the return window has closed).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a
    refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    6. Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at contact@flodega.com.

    7. Sale Items
    Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

    8. Warranty Claims
    If your product is covered by a warranty and it develops a fault after the return window has closed, please contact us to discuss your options under the warranty.

    9. Consumer Protection Laws
    This policy is in accordance with Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act. Consumers in Quebec may have additional rights beyond what is outlined in this policy. For more information, please refer to the official resources provided by the Government of Quebec.
